Installation and Usage instructions
Hardware installation
Install the RDIO-01 on the appropriate DIN rail;
Connect the 24V DC power input to ensure stable power supply;
Connect to the master station or other network devices using
shielded twisted-pair cables;
Insert additional I/O modules as needed, and pay attention to the
module sequence and address Settings.
Software configuration
Create an instance of the RDIO-01 device in Control Builder M;
Assign labels to each channel and configure relevant parameters;
Set the communication protocol and baud rate to ensure
compatibility with the main station;
Download the configuration file and start the controller.
Debugging and verification
The front panel LED display shows the normal operating status.
View real-time data and alarm information online using engineering
software.
Loop tests can be conducted through analog input and output to
ensure that each channel is working properly.
