    Installation and Usage instructions
    Mechanical installation
    Fix the PPC905AE101 into the control cabinet using DIN rail clips.
    Make sure there is sufficient space for heat dissipation around (at least 2 cm is recommended).
    Electrical connection
    Connect the redundant power input (+ 24V DC), and it is recommended to use a cable with a fuse;
    Connect to the Ethernet network via the RJ45 port;
    If you need to expand CAN or serial port devices, please wire them correctly to the corresponding terminal blocks.
    Software configuration
    Create new projects in Control Builder M or System 800xA Engineering Tool;
    Download the precompiled control algorithm library and application program;
    Set network parameters, I/O mapping and alarm thresholds.
    Debugging and verification
    Monitor the operating status through the LED on the front panel.
    Use debugging tools (such as Wireshark) to analyze communication traffic and ensure normal data transmission.
