Installation and Usage instructions
Mechanical installation
Fix the PPC905AE101 into the control cabinet using DIN rail clips.
Make sure there is sufficient space for heat dissipation around (at
least 2 cm is recommended).
Electrical connection
Connect the redundant power input (+ 24V DC), and it is recommended
to use a cable with a fuse;
Connect to the Ethernet network via the RJ45 port;
If you need to expand CAN or serial port devices, please wire them
correctly to the corresponding terminal blocks.
Software configuration
Create new projects in Control Builder M or System 800xA
Engineering Tool;
Download the precompiled control algorithm library and application
program;
Set network parameters, I/O mapping and alarm thresholds.
Debugging and verification
Monitor the operating status through the LED on the front panel.
