    ABB AO810V2 is a high-performance 8-channel analog output module, specifically designed for ABB AC 800M automation control systems and S800 I/O series remote stations. This module can convert the digital signals inside the controller into standard industrial analog signals (current or voltage), which are used to drive actuators such as control valves, frequency converters, recorders, etc. It is widely applied in industrial scenarios with strict requirements for control accuracy and stability, such as process control, power, water treatment, chemical engineering, papermaking, and energy management.

    The AO810V2 adopts A high-resolution D/A converter and isolation design to ensure precise, stable and anti-interference output signals. It is a core component for building a highly reliable analog control loop.

    Installation and wiring instructions
    Installation base: Insert the AO810V2 into the TB820V1 (screw terminal) or TB840A (spring terminal) base.
    Wiring specification
    Current output: Connect to the positive and negative terminals of the load, and pay attention to the polarity
    Voltage output: Use shielded cables, with the shield layer grounded at a single point
    Configuration Settings: In Control Builder M, select the output type (mA/V), range and engineering unit for each channel.
    Diagnostic function: Supports open-circuit detection (only available in 4-20mA mode). When a fault occurs, the ERR light will turn on and report to the controller.
