Product Overview
The Bently Nevada 3500/42E is the latest generation of GE's 3500 series, a 4-channel universal monitor (Enhanced Monitor). It accepts eddy current sensors, velocimeters, accelerometers, or combination sensors to provide real-time measurement of radial vibration, axial displacement, eccentricity, differential expansion, acceleration, velocity, absolute shaft vibration, and REBAM® parameters. The module utilizes an enhanced DSP and 24-bit ADC, delivering a dynamic range of >100 dB and a frequency response of 0.5 Hz–10 kHz. It meets API 670 machinery protection and IEC 61508 SIL2/SIL3 requirements for critical equipment such as turbines, compressors, fans, pumps, gearboxes, and motors.

• Hot Swapping: Online module replacement with zero downtime; automatic configuration upload/download for maintenance in less than 2 minutes.
• TMR Ready: Compatible with the 3500/53M and 3500/60 sensors for a 3x2oo3 voting system, enhancing safety integrity.
• System 1 Integration: Upload waveforms, spectra, and trends to System 1 software via the 3500/92 Communication Gateway or 3500/22 TDI for predictive maintenance.
